@hayday can you do something about the Solitaire Smash ads that play in-game when you select watching an ad? they are too long and ruin the experience. I dont mind ads that are :30 seconds but I just turn off the game when a long solitaire smash ad comes up. adds stress.

anyone else notice @jetblue’s customer service and overall service declining in the past few years? specifically 1. when you called you use to get nice sweet ladies helping now its a call center. 2. planes are delayed more in my experience. 3. flight attendants arent as cheerful.
