Couldn't agree more. People constantly think when they "reach the top" they'll be happy and satisfied. But what they don't know is what creeps in: the fear of having anything to lose. Same fuel, different uniform. I don't think the anxiety leaves when the revenue shows up. It just gets a better job title and notoriety.
