@slye Contractor here. I talk certain people out of heat pumps because it doesn't make financial sense in our region. It really depends on your gas costs and electric costs.

@ToddLlewellyn I don't think the message matters as much as the persistence and timing. We had 3 touch points asking for the review. CSR (before call), tech in person, email immediately as tech is leaving with link. Went from 14 to 1000 in a couple of years. Techs must ask - thats key.

@_catwu Hey Cat - has there been any change in efficiency or token optimization of Claude Code since release? The token consumption was eye watering in the first 10 minutes I used it right around release.
@Will_Schryver I have a strong love/hate relationship with that demo. Some of the biggest tickets ever driven by necessity from the cheapest/grindiest customers. "My Viessman went down and I expect full replacement" type shit.
