U.S. CENTCOM attacked more than 80 Iranian targets, concentrating its strikes on Bandar Abbas harbour in southern Iran, after Washington reinstated oil sanctions and revoked the 60-day waivers allowing limited Iranian oil sales. For Tehran, this was not an isolated escalation but a direct violation of the memorandum of understanding.

Iran answered by bombing CENTCOM command-and-control facilities and the 5th fleet in Bahrain and striking other U.S.-linked targets across the Gulf.

Yesterday, the U.S. Navy violated the agreement again by escorting three tankers — two Saudi and one Qatari — through the southern Omani passage. Dozens of other ships followed the same passage, encouraged by the US, in a defiance of the MOU, hence Iran.

Iran warned the vessels that paragraph 5 of the MOU recognised only the Larak Island passage as the permitted route, free of charge. The tankers ignored the IRGC warning and proceeded under American escort.

Tehran treated the move as a deliberate breach of the 60-day agreement. Drones were launched against the tankers but Iran did not claim its responsibility.

The US attack on Iran is a violation of Paragraph one that imposes a ceasefire and end the war and of Paragraph 5 (below) that gives Iran the authority to 'make arrangements' for the safe passage, not CENTCOM.

Upon the signing of this M.O.U., the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days only from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman, and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start, and considering the need for removing the technical and military obstacles and demining by the Islamic Republic of Iran, will be instated within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz, in discussion with other Persian Gulf littoral states in line with the applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz.

उत्तराखंड रुद्रपुर: उधम सिंह नगर जिले में एक 13 साल की मासूम नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ दरिंदगी की सारी हदें पार कर दी गईं.,वाटर पार्क जाने के बहाने नाबालिग को एक होटल ले जाया गया, जहां नशीला पदार्थ पिलाकर उसके साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म (गैंगरेप) की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया !

पूरी रात नाबालिग को बनाया बंधक: आरोपियों ने पीड़िता को पूरी रात बंधक बनाकर अपने पास रखा. सुबह होटल के बाहर छोड़ा. पीड़िता ने रोते हुए मदद मांगी. अगले दिन यानी 7 जुलाई की सुबह करीब 11:00 बजे आरोपी पीड़िता को होटल के बाहर बदहवास हालत में छोड़कर फरार हो गए. पीड़िता सड़क पर रोती-चिल्लाती हुई मदद की गुहार लगा रही. इसी बीच उसने एक स्थानीय दुकानदार से फोन मांगकर अपनी मां को आपबीती सुनाई. सूचना मिलते ही बदहवास मां मौके पर पहुंची. तुरंत 112 नंबर डायल कर पुलिस को सूचना दी !!
