Someone tried using hushfile.it for sending private files to the danish tax authorities. They could not receive because they use IE8. Sigh.

[hushfile @hushfile]

OK so I think we are back to regular service, although your DNS server may still be caching the old IPs. Let me know of any problems please.

Moving server this evening to solve the recent upload issues. Expect stuff to be shaky for a little while longer.

[hushfile @hushfile]

disk issue confirmed, will get hetzner to replace it this evening

[hushfile @hushfile]

Something is fucky with hushfile, suspected disk issue, will update later today. Apologies for the inconvenience :)

I am updating software on the hushfile server in preperation for launching chunking/large file support very soon now (tm)

[hushfile @hushfile]

finally merged the chunking branch on github https://t.co/EZ3VmIWHGp - the first step towards supporting large files on hushfile!

[hushfile @hushfile]

@SnapChatWeb no I don't have skype, I prefer technologies where the encryption can't be circumvented :) Why ?

[hushfile @hushfile]

Got a report that a revoked certificate was being served when accessing hushfile.it over ipv6 - this has been fixed now, sorry about that :)

[hushfile @hushfile]

#hushfile has been #heartbleed patched, but was never in real danger of data compromise due to #PFS and the general hushfile design

[hushfile @hushfile]

Yesterday @killsound told me that hushfile.it works well in mobilechrome, great news. Real mobile apps are on the drawing board, help needed

[hushfile @hushfile]

hushfile.it will be unavailable for a while today while my hosting provider replaces a defective disk drive. Apologies for the inconvenience

[hushfile @hushfile]

Working on chunked uploading at the moment, to enable clients to upload much larger files with a more smooth user experience.

[hushfile @hushfile]

due to popular demand hushfile now loads all dependencies locally to minimize the chance of foul play - try it at https://t.co/AgJOf25yoC

[hushfile @hushfile]

https://t.co/AgJOf25yoC is back online after a brief downtime. Thanks for the reports, andapologies for the inconvenience. Now go share! :)

[hushfile @hushfile]

https://t.co/AgJOf25yoC just got image preview support on the download page. Use it as any other imagesharing site, but with added privacy!
