If I win, it works for me. If I fall, JHB gives me a chance to bounce back. Rural can become a liability dressed as security.

@Dejure_tee @Mditshwer I hear you, a home in the rural areas gives emotional security but if things go south financially it may not help you recover. A JHB property can still house you, be rented out, Airbnb’d or sold. That’s also peace of mind.
