This isn’t a program we made in a weekend.
The 30-Day Solo Hooper Blueprint is built from everything Dru and I learned over 10 combined years of college basketball.
The drills. The workouts. The mistakes. The lessons.
The things that actually helped us improve when nobody was watching.
We put it all into one step-by-step blueprint so players can stop guessing what to work on and start getting better every day.
No thinking. No guessing. Just work.
Comment “SOLO” and I’ll send you the details🔥
Shiftiness starts with your feet.‼️
Quick, reactive feet allow you to change direction faster, explode out of moves, and stay balanced while attacking.
Train your feet first, and your game will become more explosive.

The best ball handlers don’t rush into their move.
They gather information first.
Kyrie’s feeler dribble lets him read the defender before deciding how to attack. That’s why his counters are so effective. 💯
I used to think disciplined people were just built differently.
That they woke up at 5 a.m. because they wanted to.
That they never got distracted.
That they were just mentally tougher than everyone else.
The more successful people I’ve been around, the more I’ve realized that’s rarely true.
The difference isn’t that they’re more motivated.
They’ve designed their lives so doing the right thing is easier than doing the wrong thing.
When I was chasing college basketball, I practically lived in the gym. Not because I loved every workout, but because I surrounded myself with people who expected that standard. Being there became normal.
I’m finding the same thing in business.
My days are built around creating, coaching, and getting better. It’s not because I wake up inspired every morning. It’s because I’ve built a life where those things are the default.
Your environment is quietly making your decisions for you.
Your friends.
Your schedule.
Your phone.
Your routines.
The places you spend your time.
Those things shape your future far more than motivation ever will.
If you want to change your life, don’t just ask, “How can I become more disciplined?”
Ask, “How can I design my life so success becomes the easier choice?”
Most athletes think confidence is something you find.
It isn’t.
Confidence is something you earn.
Every workout you finish.
Every shot you take.
Every day you show up when nobody is watching.
That’s why the most confident players aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who have prepared enough that they trust their work, even when the shots aren’t falling.
Stop chasing confidence.
Start chasing preparation.
That’s exactly why I built the 30-Day Solo Hooper Blueprint. Every workout is planned for you so you can stop guessing what to do and start stacking purposeful days.
Confidence isn’t built overnight.
It’s built one workout at a time.

Catching a tennis ball is a great reaction drill.
But here’s how you make it even better…
Catch it like you’re about to attack.
Don’t catch it standing straight up or flat-footed.
Catch it with your hips loaded, chest over your toes, and your feet ready to explode.
Train the catch. Train the first step.
Because in a game, you don’t just react…
You react and go.
If you want to finish like Kyrie, save this drill 🪄🏀
Elite finishers don’t just have a deep bag around the rim, they can manipulate the ball in the air and adjust their finish based on the defense.
That takes core strength, body control, hand strength, and a lot of reps.
In this drill, I mix in a heavy ball + regular basketball to overload the movement and make the regular ball feel easier.
Train harder so the game feels easier. 📈
Shifty players all have one thing in common…
They don’t just react to the defense.
They know how to set their defender up.
And they use these 3 dribbles to do it:
🏀 Glide Dribble – Does two things. It helps you get outside your defender’s hips, putting you in an attacking position, and it helps set up your next move. Most players rush into a crossover. Shifty players create the opening first.
🏀 Float Dribble – Freezes the defender by changing your pace, making them hesitate before you explode.
🏀 Feeler Dribble – Lets you read the defender’s positioning so you know exactly when and where to attack.
Stop focusing on flashy moves.
The shiftiest players in the game manipulate defenders before they ever make their move.
Master these three dribbles, and you’ll become a much harder player to guard.
I don’t want my daughter to be like me. I want her to speak up sooner. Walk away faster. Trust herself deeper. Apologize less. Take up more space. Ask bigger questions. Dream louder. And if that means she becomes everything I wasnt… GOOD!
The older I get, the more I realise that someone making time for you is one of the clearest signs they care. Everyone is busy. Everyone has responsibilities and their own battles to fight. So when someone consistently chooses to spend their time with you, checks on you and makes space for you in their life, it means something. Time is the one thing we can never get back and people don't give it away lightly.
Force yourself to play low 🔥
Slide cones are perfect for teaching game-like movement because they force you to drop your shoulder, change levels, and attack at a tighter angle.
If you stay too high, your defender can chest you off. If you get low, you create space, sell the drive, and get by your defender.
Save this series and add it to your workouts if you want your handle to actually transfer to the game 💯
Same finish, same result… but one is way more consistent 🔥
A lot of young hoopers struggle with the inside hand finish because they don’t stretch out or fall forward. They go up too controlled, too upright, and it kills their angle and touch.
The best finishers cover ground. They extend that inside hand, shift their body forward, and finish through space before the help can react.
It’s not a different move… it’s a small detail that changes everything.
Follow for the full breakdown of the footwork and how to actually get this off in games 👀
Best drill to become shifty‼️
This series works on turning your hips and shoulders, getting low, and actually selling a drive. Shifty players don’t just do moves with their hands. They manipulate the defender with their body.
The best players can make you believe they’re going one direction, then explode the other way before you can recover.
Exaggerate your movements. Turn your hips. Turn your shoulders. Drop your level. Sell the first direction like you actually plan on attacking it.
Film yourself doing the move and be honest. If your hips and shoulders don’t move, you’re not shifting anyone.
As Trump threatens to commit war crimes in Iran by destroying its critical infrastructure, this video reminds U.S. servicemembers that they have a duty to disobey such an illegal order. Trump says this message is "seditious." He's wrong. These members of Congress are right.
