[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

you should burn calories by crying and complaining and stressing out

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

almost a year since i started this weight loss journey and everything's still the same. different looking body but still mindset and eating habits.

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

idk if i wanna lose weight anymore i just wanna stop eating until i starve myself to de*th and dont have to live with this disgusting disorder

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

i feel so tired. mentally and physically. would go for a walk to burn all these calories or clear my mind but im genuinely so tired.

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

@1ntr1cate_h3ll not moots but 64kg or so... over 70kg if we count the first time i weighed myself before trying to lose weight

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

i looked and felt sooo good before the binge... why would i even do it... whats wrong with me

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

if restringing doesnt prevent binges and eating normally either then wtf does... im tired

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

finished 3 days fast then binged right after while knowing it could be harmful... this cycle is never ending isnt it

[🍏 7 days fast @hvycldbtnrn]

i guess ill just have to live with the fact ill never get the body i want but i can always try to look my best anyway
