@neiltyson has enormous influence over young minds when it comes to science and belief in God. He leads young minds towards materialism which is simply not enough. I would
love to see @elonmusk and @neiltyson discuss these topics!
@RepBonnie I urge you to cosponsor the bi-partisan #HRes776 by @RepFrenchHill & @RepTomSuozzi.
Coptic Christians face escalating violence, discrimination & abductions in Egypt.
Today, we are designating the Lebanese, Egyptian, and Jordanian chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist groups. Under President Trump's leadership, the United States will eliminate the capabilities and operations of Muslim Brotherhood chapters that threaten U.S. citizens and our national security. https://t.co/ppKuPb3dVZ
The protests in Iran cannot be separated from the long-standing, state-imposed restrictions on girls’ and women’s autonomy, in all aspects of public life including education. Iranian girls, like girls everywhere, demand a life with dignity.
The people of Iran have long warned about this repression, at great personal risk, and their voices have been silenced for decades. These restrictions exist within a wider system of gendered control shaped by segregation, surveillance, and punishment — one that limits freedom, choice, and safety far beyond the classroom.
They demand their voices be heard and the right to determine their political future. That future must be driven by the Iranian people, and include the leadership of Iranian women and girls — not external forces or oppressive regimes.
I stand with the people and girls of Iran in their call for freedom and dignity. They deserve to determine their own future.
I want to celebrate the bravery of thousands of people who are engaging in protest against the oppressive regime in Iran. I remember vividly when the Ayatollah Khomeini was swept to power some forty-six years ago, and I have witnessed the steady and vicious attacks on human dignity perpetrated by the corrupt theocracy he established. Moreover, I’ve watched as the Iranian kleptocracy has systematically de-stabilized the Middle East by fostering Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations. Please God that this dishonorable government, which has been a source of so much mischief and suffering these past several decades, will find its way to the trash-heap of history.
If you claim to support human rights yet can’t bring yourself to show solidarity with those fighting for their liberty in Iran, you’ve revealed yourself. You don’t give a damn about people being oppressed and brutalised so long as it’s being done by the enemies of your enemies.
If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.
Horrifying to hear that Charlie Kirk was shot while giving a speech in Utah. Hoping for a speedy recovery. Such violence is an attack not only on one man but on civil society and the political landscape. https://t.co/6YMbSX3rdH
I created #FreeFromHijab and #NoHijabDay to offer solidarity, support, and to give a voice to the many women who hate wearing hijab but are forced to wear it for fear of violent repercussions.

God & the Farmer
A Farmer was driving his wagon along a miry country road after a heavy rain. The horses could hardly drag the load through the deep mud, and at last came to a standstill when one of the wheels sank to the hub in a rut.
The Farmer climbed down from his seat and stood beside the wagon looking at it but without making the least effort to get it out of the rut. All he did was curse his bad luck and call loudly on God to come to his aid. Then, it is said, God really did appear, saying:
"Put your shoulder to the wheel, man, and urge on your horses. Do you think you can move the wagon by simply looking at it and whining about it?”
And when the Farmer put his shoulder to the wheel and urged on the horses, the wagon moved very readily, and soon the Farmer was riding along in great content and with a good lesson learned.
This modern take on Aesop’s fable is a powerful lesson for anyone feeling impatient with the pace of change. It’s tempting to overlook the storms and the deep mud that slow us down, and even more tempting to point fingers when progress stalls. But real change doesn’t come from standing by and complaining—it comes when we put our shoulder to the muddy wheel and push.
Have a blessed Sunday!🙏

The United States condemns the radical Islamist terrorists, including foreign jihadis, that murdered people in western Syria in recent days. The United States stands with Syria’s religious and ethnic minorities, including its Christian, Druze, Alawite, and Kurdish communities, and offers its condolences to the victims and their families. Syria’s interim authorities must hold the perpetrators of these massacres against Syria’s minority communities accountable.
After taking power in Syria, Muhammad al-Jolani was celebrated by the globalists. In the past days, his regime murdered hundreds or even thousands of Alawites. Christians are also persecuted.
I predicted this exactly in my speech in the EU Parliament three months ago, while in the meantime the German government has donated 60 million euros of German taxpayers' money to the new rulers in Damascus.
Meanwhile, the EU is backing the Islamist terror regime, which is slaughtering Alawites and Christians in full view of the world. “Value-based foreign policy” at work - pure hypocrisy!
I pray for the Alawites and Christians in Syria.
Christians are the most persecuted group in the world. Their plight is almost entirely ignored by corporate media. The horrible atrocities in Syria are part of this longstanding pattern. Pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters across the globe.
Remember when they used to say that drinking some wine was good for your health and actually better than not drinking alcohol? Now everyone pretty much agrees that no alcohol is best. What a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth that took. Do as you wish but know what you’re doing.
