The expectations are high, but the security remains low.
The contribution is equal, but the rights are unequal.
The work is the same, but the treatment is not.
CHOs serve like permanent staff, yet remain contractual.
Equal work, equal responsibility—why not equal security?
Same health system, same workload—different employment status.
We carry the same burden, but not the same benefits.
We serve the nation equally, yet remain contractual.

जिम्मेदारी समान है, लेकिन नौकरी की सुरक्षा नहीं।
कर्तव्य बराबर है, लेकिन मान्यता असमान है।
लक्ष्य (targets) समान हैं, लेकिन लाभ नहीं।
सेवा बराबर है, लेकिन दर्जा असमान है।
प्रतिबद्धता बराबर है, लेकिन रोजगार की शर्तें असमान हैं।
उम्मीदें ऊंची हैं, लेकिन सुरक्षा अभी भी कम है।
योगदान बराबर है, लेकिन अधिकार असमान हैं।
काम वही है, लेकिन व्यवहार वैसा नहीं।
सीएचओ स्थायी कर्मचारियों की तरह सेवा करते हैं, फिर भी संविदात्मक बने हुए हैं।
समान काम, समान जिम्मेदारी—फिर समान सुरक्षा क्यों नहीं?
वही स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली, वही कार्यभार—लेकिन रोजगार की स्थिति अलग।
हम एक ही बोझ उठाते हैं, लेकिन समान लाभ नहीं पाते।
हम देश की सेवा समान रूप से करते हैं, फिर भी संविदात्मक बने हुए हैं।

MGMSC खनेरी, रामपुर नर्सिंग हॉस्टल में TB को लेकर अफवाहें गलत हैं। केवल 2 छात्राएं TB पॉजिटिव हैं और इलाज पर हैं। 16 क्लोज कॉन्टैक्ट्स को TB से बचाव हेतु थेरेपी दी जा रही है। कोई MDR-TB केस नहीं है। सभी कदम गाइडलाइंस अनुसार उठाए गए हैं। अफवाहों से बचें, सही जानकारी साझा करें।
