I have a detailed report from an independent inspector - never mentioned an extra fee during visit to service advisor on 1/27, not until after they refused to release my vehicle were add’l fees added due to “the time the vehicle was there” which changed to “extra inspect.. #lies

@AutoNation Chevy Pines is fleecing customers for no good reason. They sold me an extended warranty, but is now playing bait/switch when it’s time for repairs. ‘22 Suburban with 75k miles that experienced engine failure:
-they say low oil - Chevy app showed emissions issue

@Assurant Your reps are in cahoots with the dealerships! They snickered during a call in my presence when asked what would happen if something was found, would they still deny the claim. I’m not paying $2k to have add’l troubleshooting done when the dealership said replace the engine!!!

I visited @AutoNation corporate and field an official complaint on 3/6 as the SUV was towed to @chevrolet Pines on 12/31/2024.

I have copious notes of all calls/transactions. I tried having the SUV picked up as I no longer trusted them, they refused to release it citing a new fee and threatened storage cost.
