@tescomobile Hi Chris, still no resolution and husbands phone still not working. We have contacted 02 and they sent the number over on 10th December. Why can’t “back office “ deal with it???
@tescomobile - a joke. New a/c set up, husbands phone ported over in store via pac code last week.Didn’t work,3 calls later to sort & they tell me today back office will get back to us in 3-5 working days🤯now without a phone for over a week.Not good enough, don’t switch folks 😩
@_oliviahyde_@tescomobile It’s still ongoing. Dad’s going mad now. Got a lot of important phone calls this week so don’t know how people are meant to contact him or would even know what’s up. Going to store tomorrow, but think it’s pointless. Reading other people’s stories about same thing not helping 🤯
@tescomobile Thanks Chris. Still can’t see why 3-5 working days from now is acceptable. Especially after being without a phone since Wednesday last week. Wished we hadn’t switched now.
