Why are items on @AmazonUK listed as Prime being delivered by Evri and taking days to arrive? Surely the point of Prime is that Amazon deliver it themselves the next day as promised in the listing.

@AmazonHelp It should have arrived on Saturday but the Evri tracking has been showing this since Sunday. Your tracking shows if it doesn't come tomorrow I can have a refund, but I chose this item solely because of the next day delivery.
