OOPS! A Five Eyes’ attempt to demonize China over its presence in the South China Seas flopped badly.
Out of the world’s 195 countries, only nine signed a Five Eyes’ letter censuring China, making 14 in total.
The other 181 nations and states of the world (93%) chose not to.
Who are the few who signed the unpopular document?
ALL the signees are “the usual suspects”: US vassals (“allies”) which automatically support pretty much all of Washington's China-demonization efforts, such as UK, Japan, and Australia.
Three of the only 14 countries which signed are tiny. The total populations of Latvia, Slovenia and Estonia, combined, are less than half the population of the Chinese city of Shenzhen by itself!
.
PEOPLE KNOW THE REAL STORY
Why is there such miniscule support worldwide for the US’s South China Sea operation?
Because all nations know it’s a scam, including the ones that signed.
Everyone knows that there were good, co-operative relations between China and the Philippines under Rodrigo Duterte.
But then Joe Biden met Bongbong Marcos in May, 2023, and a long series of conflicts were immediately instigated from the Philippines, each carefully filmed by people waiting with cameras, to increase conflict in East Asia.
Because that's what the US does.
.
MOST NOT FOOLED
The big irony, of course, is the fact that the biggest, fastest-growing reclaimer of land in the waters near the Philippines is actually Vietnam, not China.
But that rarely gets in print.
To accompany the Five Eyes’ letter, a big-budget US army psyops group is working with people in the Philippines to flood all social media outlets with crude anti-China comments.
But still, most people in the Philippines are not fooled by the US-Bongbong theatrics, and many remain firm supporters of honest former president Rodrigo Duterte, now in jail in the west.

"The UK is not a party to the South China Sea issue and is in no position to make irresponsible remarks on China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea," says the Chinese Embassy in the UK @ChineseEmbinUK. https://t.co/tuWPM6Ouws
This isn’t “rules-based order”, it’s lawfare plus basing politics 🎪
A US-led pack of Atlantic poodles is lecturing China and the region on the South China Sea from thousands of miles away, despite none of them being located in Southeast Asia. They are attempting to inject themselves into a regional dispute by waving a tribunal award that even explicitly said it had ZERO jurisdiction over sovereignty questions—and yet it’s now treated like gospel on “who owns what”
The West loves “international law” the way it loves “free trade”: only when the receipts point at someone else. The same capitals that treated the ICJ’s Gaza orders like a suggestion box suddenly want UNCLOS to be holy scripture in the South China Sea—pure, weaponised selective legalism
The subtext is not subtle: keep Manila on a short leash, lock the Philippines in as a forward operating platform against China, and keep the region structurally dependent on US “security guarantees” that always arrive with a military-industrial shopping list attached. Washington currently sits on multiple bases in the Philippines, while Tokyo and others are now folding in with missiles, ships, joint exercises and “access agreements”
The “ruling” is just the talking point; the real asset is geography! The Philippine coastline becomes a launchpad for surveillance, missile deployment and crisis choreography!
The next chapters are already obvious: more “combined patrols”, more interoperability drills, more weapons transfers—everything wrapped in recycled paragraphs about “freedom of navigation” while quietly priming the Philippines as a US proxy for long-term war planning against China
And all of this is sold as “peace” and “stability”, while the actual South China Sea remains one of the safest maritime corridors anywhere—until external militarization led by the US and Japan turn every fishing ground and sea lane into a war zone
What a load of bollocks. I was in Lhassa just a few weeks bsck. There’s no erasure of religion or language. Temples are full with Tibetans practicing their faith in open. Tibetans use their language all over the place. This exactly why I don’t believe much of what is said about China by western media.
The anti-China 12 nation, urging China to respect the kangaroo court ruling on South China Sea Arbitration.
The funniest thing is, with the exception of the Philippines, not a single country on that list borders the South CHINA Sea.😂
Not even a single Southeast Asia country on that list. These 11 countries; Australia, NZ, Canada, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Japan, Romania, Slovenia, UK and the Philippines are the only reliable vassal states that the US can call upon to moronic causes.
All of them are economic and military rounding errors in the China vs US competition, and with the exception of Japan and the Philippines, none of them are even a convivence of geography if the US wants a nuclear war to annihilate humanity over taiwan and the South China Sea.
The Americans are shit at bluffing, they pick the national interests of the most inconsequential vassal states to draw a line.
But the islands China built crossed all over those lines drawn on sand.
