@virginmedia Well we’ll give that a go at least one thing your being honest about not an immediate response I’ve come to expect that with Virgin in fact any response other than give us your money seems very hard to come by these days 🤷♂️ can you lot not just call me the “paying customer”🤷♂️
@virginmedia is your customer service (or lack of) going to actually answer the phone I’ve now been passed from pillar to post & still on hold 63minutes later despite promises that “it will only take a couple of mins”
@virginmedia So basically to terminate my services I need to speak to an agent but I can’t speak to an agent because they don’t pick up the phone What a cracking business model that is then once you’ve joined your snookered No wonder you advertise nobody likes to leave Virgin Media You Can’t
@virginmedia I was already made aware that after a lengthy time spent on hold Virgin Media would just terminate the call & his true this turned out to be 🤷♂️
@virginmedia & yet you say it wouldn’t have been deliberate but I had already been made aware by other customers after a long time on hold they just cut you off 🤔
@virginmedia are your customer service staff still on strike I’m sure they must be I’ve been on hold online for over an hour & prior to that on phone for 30+mins & still no contact 🤷♂️

@NewcastleCC@NewcastleCC Why have you changed the size of trailer we normal households can use at the local council tips to 3mtr & under & 6 visits this is just encouraging fly tipping or maybe one of the councillors has an interest in waste disposal company!
