@GerardNPhillips@hyperjar Hi Gerard, sounds frustrating…Our Live Chat team can help very quickly - go to the Profile tab in the app > Customer support. When the bot chat starts just type in you want to speak to an agent and you’ll get human help pretty much straightaway.

@jessmurphy84@TheFCA @RevolutApp Hi Jessica - we are regulated by the FCA. As an e-money institution we don’t lend out or take investment risks with customer deposits. Instead, all money paid into HyperJar by customers is kept in the Bank of England so it’s extremely safe. 1/2
@Da10thwonda Yes - not automatically, so you will still need to invite them to share the jar from your account. You can share a jar (including your child’s jar) with anyone else with a HyperJar account 👍
@Da10thwonda the child’s jars. You can give them any permissions you want (paying in, spending etc) and they’ll get notifications when money is spent and can send messages inside the jar etc. Hope that helps!
@Da10thwonda Hi there - welcome to HyperJar 🤗! There’s only one ‘owner’ of a child’s jar so the best way to achieve the above is for the other adult to open their own account (they can choose a virtual card, no need to order a physical one) and then you invite them to share (1/2)
