@kevinnbass This is a gross oversimplification. Next time someone who is fat asks me for advice, I certainly won’t recommend exercise, eating whole food, caloric restriction, and cold water emersion. I’ll be sure to tell them they need to switch fat. Btw loved the study with 6 people in it👍

Powerful words @VPrasadMDMPH. The left doesn’t seem to care about social Justice as much as fitting into the herd. When structurally racist policy was implemented, such as school closures and lockdowns, the left stayed silent because it didn’t fit into the narrative.
