AI can't create value for your business without understanding it.
It doesn't generate value on its own, but it's an incredible multiplier when it understands your company's specific context, workflows, and day-to-day ops.
We did it at Hype, and we can do it for you too.
Most companies are using AI as a shortcut.
But the ones winning are using it as a multiplier. There's a big difference.
We spent a year building AI systems internally before offering them to clients. Now we're opening it up.
Follow @hypewrks to see what we're building.
This week, @Legoman_Grizu, our Head of GenAI, joined DWF Labs’ Dubai community to walk through his creative AI workflow and showcase HypeFlow.
Producing video with GenAI requires tracking the prompts, references, and decisions behind each asset, especially when someone else needs to pick up the work. We built HypeFlow to keep that context together as projects move between creatives.
That hands-on experience informs the workshops we run for other teams.
If you're interested in a practical AI workshop built around your team’s day-to-day work, get in touch.
Thanks to @DWFLabs for hosting us!
Building and collaboration IRL. At this week’s HotDesk Wednesday, we brought our Dubai community together for a chance to connect, work, and learn.
@Legoman_Grizu from @hypewrks hosted a workshop on how GenAI is reshaping video production and how teams can collaborate at scale.

on the ground GTC recap
after @NVIDIAGTC, i'm even more interested in how companies are going to put AI to work over the next few years. the pregame & keynote got into some of the decisions behind that, from connecting agents to a company's knowledge to controlling what they're allowed to do.
@deutschetelekom said it has 38 models running internally, and Tim Höttges also spoke about getting access to SAP systems and training people to adapt agents to their workflows.
@MistralAI's @arthurmensch described engineers sitting with customers' teams, building around specific processes & transferring the knowledge so those teams can keep developing it themselves.
with how quickly models are improving, the expertise inside a business becomes more valuable. you still need someone who understands the work well enough to decide what to automate and recognise when the output is wrong. a lot of that knowledge has never been properly documented because people just know how to do their jobs.
@JensenHuang's keynote went further into giving agents access to company knowledge and tools, with OpenShell helping isolate them, restrict their access & monitor what they do. once an agent can access company data and take actions across your systems, security becomes part of deciding how much responsibility you can give it. i think we'll see more companies building their own systems around that, with clearer rules about which decisions they're comfortable handing over.
this is also why we start our work with clients at @hypewrks by understanding their workflows before putting together a technical roadmap. you need to know how the team gets the work done, where they're losing time & what needs to change before deciding what to build.
we prefer custom solutions so we can build around their existing systems, data & the way the team needs to work. then we can measure whether the whole process has improved, including the time people still spend checking and fixing things.
also, the Microducks that came on stage at the end are so cute i pre-ordered one.
We partnered with @Mastercard on its Agent Pay for Machines pilot, demonstrated at Cloudflare Connect.
Our agent’s brief was to plan a sample campaign for a protein bar launch, working within a defined budget.
It proposed a two-step plan:
1️⃣ Social research from AIsa
2️⃣ Campaign imagery from Cloudflare AI Gateway
We approved the plan and funding, with spending permission limited to the task and budget. The agent then bought the research and generated campaign imagery.
Nine payments across two independent providers, without needing to set up separate provider accounts or billing relationships.
That matters because the services an agent needs can change as a task unfolds. Being able to purchase them within approved limits lets more of the workflow progress without someone handling each transaction.
For businesses, making this useful means defining the agent’s responsibilities, spending limits, and approval points alongside the work itself.
At HypeWRKS, we help companies design and implement AI workflows around those operating requirements. This pilot gave us a practical setting to explore how payments fit into that work.
AI agents can find what they need. Now they can pay for it, too.
Today at @Cloudflare Connect, Mastercard showed how Agent Pay for Machines lets an AI agent find and pay for digital services on behalf of a business, while sticking to the budget and rules that business sets.
Following pilots with @Cloudflare, @Ant_Intl , @BVNKFinance, @AIsaOneHQ, @coinbase, @base and @hypepartners, we're opening Agent Pay for Machines Early Access.
Now we want developers to put it to the test. 👇
Where does your confidential data go when you use AI?
Who can access it, how long is it kept, and can it be used for training?
These are all questions we help you answer as we build a workflow your team can use with confidence.

i think we underestimate how much work happens before someone can actually start their task.
finding the latest brief, checking what changed & asking whether a decision was approved. all of that takes time, even when the task itself is straightforward.
this is the part of AI implementation i'm interested in at @hypewrks. understanding what people need to know to get on with their work.
if this sounds like your team, DM me one recurring task & where they have to look for the information to start it.
What does your team need to know before starting work each morning?
What changed overnight? What needs approval?
We built our internal context hub so that our team could start there, without having to piece it together themselves.
