Is Claude directly editing your translation JSON files?
That works fine until PMs, translators, or multiple developers need to review and update app copy.
Use the i18nexus MCP instead.
Claude still generates strings, translations, and context, but your team gets a proper review workflow and synchronized translation files.
Here's the complete one-command setup in a Next.js app:
🚀 The official i18nexus MCP for Claude, Codex, and other AI coding agents has been released!
AI agents can now create and update i18nexus source strings directly from your codebase while automatically attaching translation context from the surrounding code.
No more manually:
• creating keys
• copying text into the dashboard
• writing descriptions/context by hand
• syncing translation JSON yourself
i18nexus keeps translation JSON generated + synced while your team reviews and verifies everything in one workflow.
Still designed for next-intl, i18next, and react-intl workflows.

@Kazynski_ There are methods of importing all texts at once if you're just getting started internationalizing an existing app. This is more of a demo of how you would add keys on the fly during development.

@gabrielontech Hey there! We can certainly help with that. Generally speaking, when you're rendering a string with a new line in HTML, you need to apply specific CSS to it's container such as "white-space: pre-wrap;". There are other strategies as well. Please reach out to our in-app chat!
@KopljarMario Hi there! Yes, it is certainly possible by setting “localeCookie” to false in your i18nConfig. But you would have to then handle storing the preferred locale client side in localStorage and manually direct to the correct pathnames. Reach out to our support chat if needed!
It's a new year! No more excuses to procrastinate internationalizing your app ⚡️
