全東信問題の本質
全東信は、飲食店向けにクレジットカードの売上代金を立て替えて早く入金する決済代行会社です。

20年以上にわたり決算を粉飾していました。
実際には巨額の赤字・借金を抱えていましたが、以下の手口で「健全な会社」に見せかけていました。

- 預金を170億円水増し
- 存在しない売掛金を154億円計上
- 価値のない資産を88億円計上
- 支払うべきお金217億円を隠蔽

決算書上は黒字（純資産＋24.8億円）に見えましたが、修正後は実質605億円の債務超過でした。

銀行（メガバンク含む）は20年以上、こうした決算書をしっかり確認せず融資を続けました。
その結果、破産（負債1259億円）で実態が露呈し、金融庁が銀行への影響調査に追われています。

本質：企業の粉飾を銀行の審査が長年見抜けなかった「与信審査の甘さ」と「監督の不十分さ」が問題です。

Just to let you know what I was informed of today. I can confirm that I did receive some information, but I will not be sharing any in depth details for many reasons.

After President Trump gave his speech on Saturday evening, the following day many things were signed, sealed, and delivered. That is all I am at liberty to say.
