The literal #1 most suicidal belief you can have is that you’re an introvert/socially anxious/don’t like people.
I was this guy until around 22. Thought I was better than everyone else and actively chose not to be social.
Life completely changed when I started interacting with random people and just trying to make them laugh. Opportunities opened up, made relationships with people I never thought possible. Everything was just less dull and boring. Every day was fun for no reason.
You cannot be a lone wolf. It’s a mental illness.
Life is meaningless without people.
Dave: "Hello caller, you're on the air."
Caller: "I put all my emergency savings into an investment."
Dave: "Oh no. How much did you lose?"
Caller: "It made $5m in 37 months."
Dave: "Well you got lucky."
Caller: I converted my 401k into a similar investment & borrowed $8M."
Dave: "that’s the most irresponsible thing I’ve ever heard."
Caller: "It’s worth almost $20M and cash flows to me at $80,000 a month."
Dave: "That's speculation."
Caller: "I sold my house and used all the equity & borrowed another $15M to do the same thing."
Dave: "What is wrong with you?"
Caller: "Dave the investment is worth $250,000,000 today and I’ve refinanced it twice returning all my equity plus $100M, tax free."
Dave: “How many times have you heard me say All debt is bad debt?”
Caller: “I started raising money from friends, family & customers and now I am doing it for them.”
Dave: “Partnerships are risky.”
Caller: “I have 20,000 investors & sent out $100m in cash to them last year.”
Dave: “Who are you?”
Caller: Grant Cardone, CEO of CardoneCapital, $5.3B of real estate holdings, and $2.2B in debt and free cash flow of $112M.”

Alex Hormozi reveals why increasing annual profit from $3,000,000 to $8,000,000 could increase a company's valuation from $12,000,000 to $100,000,000 🤯
“If you have a business that is doing, call it $3,000,000 in profit, and you can make a handful of tweaks and get it from $3,000,000 to $8,000,000... The $3,000,000 profit business might be worth $12,000,000, maybe.
The $8,000,000 profit business can probably get somewhere between like $80,000,000 and $100,000,000 on a sale.
You have a huge multiplier effect that increases once you get above about $5,000,000 in profit, and especially as you approach $10,000,000, where you now become a target for institutional-grade investors.
Because they have to put to work hundreds of millions of dollars, and sothey basically become the customer of buying the product, which is the business that you created.”
I am a repo man. I take cars from people who don't pay their bills. It’s a dirty job, but it pays the rent. Last night, I had an order for a 2015 Honda. I found it parked in front of a run-down apartment complex. I backed my truck up and hooked it. A woman came running out in her pajamas. She wasn't screaming. She was begging. "Please," she sobbed. "I have a job interview tomorrow at 8 AM. If I don't get that job, we lose the apartment. It's my only way out." She looked at the car, then at the baby seat in the back. I looked at my paperwork. The bank pays me $300 per car. I looked at her face. She looked like she was drowning. I lowered the car back down. I unhooked the chains. "The transmission on my truck just jammed," I lied. "I can't tow you tonight. It’ll take me at least 24 hours to get this fixed." She stopped crying. She realized what I was doing. "Thank you," she whispered. "Go get that job," I told her. "And park around the block tomorrow night." I called the bank and told them I couldn't locate the vehicle. I lost $300. But I slept like a baby. People are more important than policy.
