I think this channel's understanding is very very superficial.

DA goes to Zero on fitment. Usually that's how it's done.

The problem is not at the entry level, which are overpaid wrt market, but at 8+ yrs plus experienced bracket, where competent Professionals/ Managers earns hardly 50% of similar profiles in Market. At Head levels, none of the Govt. Head earns in Crores, but your CXOs/ Techies/ Founders can definitely command 7 digits plus.

And even if one wants to work in a clean manner, you have losers from society who keep shouting 'all babus are corrupt.'
