Great work from @SebastienRubin The CAD GWAS locus at chr6p24 is called the PHACTR1 locus. However my lab and others have shown an effect on Endothelin-1 expression. This paper shows NO vascular phenotype for PHACTR1 KO. My editorial summarizing the data: https://t.co/cHWhyHU5lx
