@buddylembeck12@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ Then be patient and let's see :p
Also, dude, relax. Calm those emotions. You're an adult. This isn't a fight and no one insulted you.
@Lord_Draconalis@BrocSpankman@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ Broke Jury instruction and created bias. This is based on court law and judgment. Hence why there will be a pretrial and we'll likely see a not guilty consensus where she stays in a mental institution.
@buddylembeck12@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ No. He quite simply did not follow instruction and only considered one aspect. That's a clear bias. This is literally letter of current law and judgment. I can guarantee you that the next set of jurors will have a not guilty consensus...
@Lord_Draconalis@BrocSpankman@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ Not talking about opinions. Talking about legal instruction. Jurors are given instructions for a reason and based on laws created by a majority vote of Americans. Stay on topic, speak on your ballot. I think she is Guilty too - that's not relevant.
@Kenvid19@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ How you or I see it isn't relevant. It's up to the Jury. Not our opinions. We vote for those. I think she should get the death penalty. But that isn't relevant here because it isn't how the instructions or law work.
@realPaulMJ@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ Yes it was clearly stated a Juror was not following instructions. You truly believe the Judge didn't consider that? That it'd just go on forever if they kept going? Best to get a consensus from a new Jury.
@cozyspaceapp@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ We both know what she did and it was horrid. What I posted was in regards to Jury instructions and law. Not about the future, our opinions or anything. If you want changes in instruction withing courts, vote for it. Stop deflecting here.
@rruetigger@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ Or you know...advise of what was actually said during coverage and presented to the Judge? There's no skewing here. Don't deflect.
@iam_KeyC@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ There were specific instructions based on law for Jury to follow. They advised the hold out was not following them. Again...it wasn't about changing law. It was about all aspects of the case.
@MAGAMichelleS69@Savvy7168 Double standards and hypocrisy are coomon for everyone. It's about self-benefit. Everyone is selfish and that's human. We waste so much time pointing it out when we should already know it exists everywhere.
@LNCVNC1@KenzieScarlett_ The one hold out was a man who refused to follow the letter of the law/instruction. Meaning all 9 women and 2 other men understood and considered each aspect of the case per law. It wasn't a trial to change laws...
@IAmAsarch@IStanAmerica The goal would be to hear a different perspective instead of living in an echo chamber. That's the entire point of conveying opinions.
