إيلون ماسك يلخّص أحد أكثر أخطاء التوظيف تكلفة:

«أخطأت عندما بالغت في تقدير الموهبة، وقلّلت من أهمية الشخصية. ما يهم فعلًا هو: هل هذا الشخص يملك قلبًا طيبًا؟»

الخلاصة التي وصل إليها واضحة: الاعتماد على الكفاءة وحدها دون النظر إلى شخصية الفرد قد ينجح على المدى القصير، لكنه يخلق مشاكل عميقة لاحقًا.

المهارات تصنع الأداء، لكن الشخصية تصنع البيئة.
فرد موهوب بسلوك صعب قد يهدم فريقًا كاملًا: ينشر التوتر، يضعف الروح المعنوية، ويعطّل التعاون.

أما القدرات التقنية، فيمكن تطويرها مع الوقت.
لكن القيم والسلوكيات الأساسية… نادرًا ما تتغير.

لذلك، الاستثمار الحقيقي في التوظيف ليس فقط في “الأذكى”، بل في “الأصلح”:
أشخاص يؤمنون بالفريق، يهتمون بالآخرين، ويتحركون بروح مشتركة نحو الهدف.

هؤلاء هم من يصنعون فرقًا مستقرة، قوية، وقابلة للنمو
