🚨 $SPCX IPO has put a real market value on Elon Musk's ability to execute!
Now investors are asking: could Tesla be next?
Tesla has already checked off several major 2026 milestones, including expanding unsupervised Robotaxi service, ramping Cybercab production, and growing FSD miles to new highs!
Still ahead are some of Tesla's biggest catalysts: more Robotaxi cities, Optimus updates, international FSD approvals, and possibly even a Tesla-SpaceX merger.
The most interesting part? Many of these goals no longer feel like distant promises. They're starting to look like a roadmap that's actively being completed.
The second half of 2026 could be very interesting for $TSLA investors. 👀
At the time of the merger, each share of Cursor's will be automatically converted into SpaceX's Class A common stock based on an implied equity value of Cursor of $60 billion and the price of SpaceX's Class A common stock equal to the volume-weighted average closing price thereof over the seven consecutive trading days immediately preceding the closing of the merger.
Many of the early investors actually buy more, so I doubt you will see as much selling end of July / beginning of August.
And you are not adding that the index funds are starting to buy now. MSCI already did Friday, but CRSP and FTSE will be this Thursday and next Monday, then on July 7th the Nasdaq-100.
These can only do partial purchases, as they are float adjusted (even if the Nasdaq did loosen their rules somewhat).
So they have to repurchase at the rebalancing in both September and December.
BREAKING: Alaska’s largest telecom provider is deploying Starlink to keep remote communities connected during outages.
• GCI will deploy Starlink bonded gateways across Alaska.
•GCI is Alaska’s largest telecommunications company and serves more than 200 communities across the state.
• The rollout will support communities including Bethel, Sitka, Kotzebue, and Dillingham.
• Starlink’s bonded gateway can combine multiple Starlink connections and deliver up to 10 Gbps of capacity.
• The system helps keep communities connected during fiber cuts, outages, and network disruptions.
• The Starlink service uses optical inter-satellite laser links, allowing connectivity even in locations far from Starlink ground stations.
Alaska has some of the most remote and hardest-to-reach communities in North America, making network reliability especially important for healthcare, education, and public safety.
The deployment will provide connectivity to thousands of customers across Alaska.
The Cybercab has an interesting claim to fame. It’s the world’s first FWD to have a staggered wheel setup. But why?
There are cars that run a factory reverse stagger, with wider fronts, like the RS3 to combat understeer. It’s also a popular mod for FWD track cars. Yet nobody has ever produced a front drive car with larger rears.
Unlike traditional rear staggered set ups that give the drive wheels extra traction, aerodynamics and cost-per-mile override traditional performance logic on the Cybercab.
It features a heavily tapered teardrop shape, which is the most efficient for reducing drag. To complement this, the Cybercab has a wider front track and a significantly narrower rear, by about 100 mm or just under 4 inches. Some people have mistaken this for bad alignment in traffic.
The front uses 18-inch wheels with narrower 215/60 R18 tires. This keeps the frontal area small and improves steering articulation under the low hood. Larger wheels would be less nimble and provide less response.
The huge rears coming in at almost 32 inches on a 21 inch wheel, are basically a truck tire. Slightly wider than the front, it’s meant to be durable, absorbing the biggest bumps or potholes and wearing longer due to less revolutions per mile. Yet they are still skinny for their height, light weight and have low rolling resistance, typical of EV tires.
Rotating them won’t be possible, but tires seem to last a very long time when driven on FSD in general. Replacing the fronts more regularly than the rear doesn’t strike me as any worse than replacing all four, but less often.

Do remember that tomorrow SPCX option trading starts, so the market makers might need their stock in order to be able to price.
Then will come the FTSE and CRSP indices Thursday and Monday.
We'll need Friday to breathe.
