@RC_BST@CardPurchaser@eBay For sure. Which is why they collect the sales tax. I’m still just a little surprised that their cut is calculated off of the card’s sold price + the sales tax and not just the card’s sold price.
@CardPurchaser is it odd that eBay takes their cut off the cards sold price + sales tax? Shouldn’t sales tax be its own thing entirely? Saying this, I appreciate @eBay and the marketplace it offers. The sale tax cut just feels off.
@TerpCards@CardPurchaser Thank you for this info. I really appreciate it. Seems like a low pop 2 at BGS, 1 at PSA and 0 SGC. I had chatGPT do a deep dive too and it found some info. No idea of a print run though and I’ve got no clue on the value. I’m just trying to get some sense of value and rarity.
@CardPurchaser I just recently traded away a 71 Reggie Jackson 3.5 with 10 auto grade for a BGS 9 2006 Turkey Red Tom Brady Press Box in Back - Black. I’ve been searching to find anything about this card and I can’t find much. What does the hive mind know about this card?
@CardPurchaser Any Japanese Ohtani pre-rookie cards. My guess is he’ll be somewhere around retirement by then and he’s cards will surge even more than they currently are.
@WaterPlantGuy@CardPurchaser I think you’re doing alright. You could have sold more, but you got the money you wanted and they got the card they wanted. You’ll get more, better cards by keeping the cash flowing.
@TFG_Football People tend to forgot how the Packers treat and develop 1st round picks. No one ever breaks out year 1 on the packers. They like to play a slow game with high picks, and it works
