On opening the parcel it was a scam product which I never ordered and the packet had no address, code or name on it. @ekartlogistics @flipkartsupport please take action for such rising scams during the big billion festive season!!

Just received a parcel from an ekart delivery boy, he said that the parcel is on COD and asked for 1205/-. Recently I had been buying for diwali so presumed it to be a purchased item from that.

I asked for return but he refused as it will decrease diwali payment.

There been instances of a lot of spam calls and monetary scams. Today I got a call from this number [phone] asking for 30K and started using cuss words in the name of police and citing cyber fraud. Being a witness to such spammers I did not entertain him.

I came across DND app by TRAI and am loving it to block and get rid of such scammers and taking the right call. Today I reported this number and immediately got a revert from TRAI and it did give satisfaction that our voices are heard.

Few months back a similar spammer tried to ask money citing a fraud number has been purchased from my Aadhar and connected me to another call from the police to endorse his story.
