I’d tweeted 2 days ago about a full term pregnant lady in Chennai whose oxygen dropped to 73 and required a bed urgently with a ventilator and NICU. I got 1000+ retweets and responses, and we found her a bed that night. You guys did this. Thank you ♥️
@opodo Still zero resolution here. @opodo it’s been 2+ years and you still have my money. Your customer care bot isn’t recognising my booking ID and there is no human being available to speak to. What does one have to do to get their rightful refund? Consumer court?
@opodo we’ve cancelled our flight tickets on Jan 9th, and we’ve received no intimation after that about refunds. We’re trying to speak to someone but we’re only met with bots through every channel. All emails are cryptic and unhelpful.
I can vouch for every word in this post. This job transformed my life. You will be working closely with @dhimant, the kind of mentor young professionals dream of.
If you are eligible for this role, grab this opportunity with both hands and thank me later.
We are looking to make this meme a reality and we are hiring for it!

1/ Social media today is deeply fragmented and it is increasingly difficult to have conversations on things you deeply care about. To connect with like-minded people amidst all this noise is tough.
@goibibo I’ve been trying to reach your team to upgrade my flight because the airline insists I do it through you, but I am only talking to prerecorded messages. This is very frustrating. Please check your DMs and HELP!
This is hopefully the first of many successful outcomes for @thebetterindia, in leveraging its massive community of over 200 million readers to build impact-focused and scalable businesses. Congrats to @dhimant, @AnuradhaParekh and the team!

7/ After trying everything and multiple insurance claim rejections, he has reached out to us. He needs to raise 12 L in one week to go through with this. Please help his family. It will mean the world. Donate here: https://t.co/kbf7jjPGc4. Every bit counts.
6/ This time she has to go to Hyderabad for the treatment. 400 kms from his home, because it’s a specialised surgery. The family has exhausted all their funds over the past 3 months of treatment.
