@UKEnterprise incredibly frustrated. I incurred M50 tolls last October in the Republic of Ireland after renting a vehicle from Belfast Boucher Road branch. Due to GDPR issues I could not pay the tolls because I was not the registered owner of the vehicle. I emailed the management

This is shameful that the fines and admin fees have been passed on due to the complete lack of customer service and communication. Your colleagues have cited that it is bound by contract and there is nothing they can do. What about my rights as a customer to adequate customer

@easyJet bag was lost on flight EZY280 18:35 Belfast Intl to London Gatwick 23/08/23. I submitted a baggage lost form online but now I cannot access the tracker. There’s essential items in it that I need asap. It’s ridiculous that bags can be lost on a domestic flight.
