@YouTubeTV For several weeks, anytime I watch a sporting event (primarily NFL), after about 30 minutes, the video gets choppy. No buffering issues - just choppy video. The only way to correct is to go to another channel and return to the channel I was watching. Is there a fix?

Since I received no reply from you, I went ahead and cancelled the flight. How can you charge me $99 when my original flight was $25? I should have just not shown up for the flight.

@FrontierCare I booked a one-way flight 2 days ago for $25 (the flight was $.35 and carrier imposed charges was $24.65). I need to change the city of my flight - and need to cancel/rebook per Frontier. If I cancel what will be my fees? Normally it’s $99 but my flight was less.

@SpiritAirlines I just learned, while trying to access my trip in Feb, that you cancelled the trip without any notification whatsoever (not the first time). Since you are no longer flying to Fort Myers, I want a refund, and not a flight credit.

@nicholerosa @SpiritAirlines Many of us are in the same boat. We use Spirit for one destination: Fort Myers. And no refund given for our upcoming trips since we used travel credits from other trips that THEY cancelled.

@SpiritAirlines I have credit from when our flight to Ft. Myers was cancelled a few months ago. Spirit was used for when we would go down to our condo. Now Spirit has eliminated all flights to Ft. Myers. My credit must be used to book a flight by 11/21. What are my options?

@FrontierCare Hi - I just logged into my account. I currently have 20k elite status (about 41,000 miles for the year). Now when I logon, my elite status has been completely reset.

@White_Horse_CO @FrontierCare I'm having the same issue. Last week when I logged on, I had 28,000 miles. Today I logged on, and it's reset to 0. I DM'd Frontier with my info hours ago - have yet to hear back.

@WhooptyHell440 @RuiterWrongFAN That’s true for 1080p network shows, but OTA does not broadcast in 4K. When I watch games on Sunday, I always use the OTA feed instead of YouTube TV.

My flight to Ft. Myers on @SpiritAirlines on Aug. 25 was cancelled on May 21. I was told I had a flight credit to be used by Aug. 21. I go to book a flight today and the site says “It appears your Reservation Credit has expired.” Why is it so difficult to fly with Spirit?!!!
