Today while booking #tatkalticket on #irctcofficialapp,after successful transaction,the app suddenly closed.When we cheked for the booking status,nothing was shown in app nor I received any confirmation.After 35min,confirmation was sent but till then i booked again @IRCTCofficial

Therefore, I request the to look into the matter, cancel the late alloted ticket, and issue refund for the same.

Today morning while booking Tatkal Ticket at 10.00 am some error occured on the IRCTC application. The payment was confirmed and the amount was deducted from the account. After all this, the application logged out of the user id.

Now due to the error on the IRCTC app and too much delay in the confirmation of the tickets by the respective authorized system I have Two Identitical Tatkal Tickets for the same journey and individual details.

@IRCTCofficial I received confirmd tickets for both the bookings, kindly cancel one and refund the amount deducted for it. @IRCTCofficial
