Why do things that should take days take months?

Not always corruption.
Not always incompetence.

Often, it’s this:

Acting is risky.
Doing nothing is safe.

So people delay.
Systems slow down.

You pay.

This hidden cost is the Fear Tax.

You’ve seen this. Now you have a name for it.

If this makes sense, share it.

#WATCH | Chandigarh | Home Secretary Haryana, Dr Sumita Misra says, "...Starting November 1st, we're bringing about a major change in Haryana. Under the guidance of the Chief Minister, we're changing the system of land registration deeds at tehsils and moving towards paperless registration. Haryana will be the first state in the country to do this. On September 29th, the Chief Minister launched it in Babain, Kurukshetra district. Now, after a month of refinement and testing, we're launching it across the state starting November 1st, which is also Haryana Day. This is our effort to alleviate the citizens who previously had to run around tehsils, where they heard about middlemen and brokers, and had to deal with them. Now, all this will be in the hands of the citizen. Anyone wishing to register will login by creating their ID..."

🚨 From Borders to Bytes: India’s Security in 2025 🛡️📡

Seventy-eight years after Independence, the battle to keep India safe has shifted.
The enemy may not march across borders — it may log in, launch, or transmit.

💻 Cyber fraud can empty an account before breakfast.
🛰️ Drones can drop weapons over a border before lunch.
💊 Darknet drug networks can arrange deliveries from across the globe by dinner.

📍 The line between internal and external threats is gone.
A scammer in another continent can harm an Indian citizen in seconds.
A hostile actor can breach systems without ever stepping on our soil.

Old Playbooks Don’t Work Anymore.
A border checkpost means nothing to a data packet, a crypto transaction, or a drone payload.

What We Need Now:
✅ Intelligence integration
✅ Technology parity with adversaries
✅ Skilled human capital
✅ Community engagement — because security is no longer the sole job of the police.

🇮🇳 Independence is not a gift locked in 1947 — it’s a currency we defend daily.
The threats are faster. We must be faster still.

Video from Chandigarh Sector 15 ,Mercedes’ best offroader G-Wagon stuck in an underpass due to water logging. Quite interesting to see it halt in not-so-deep waters while many Indian brand cars now cruise through such monsoon conditions. lack of driver skill or technical flaw?
