Very frustrating experience with @Hertz. As a Hertz Gold customer, they refuse to provide any email address for formal complaints and instead force customers into an internal system with no transparency or direct accountability. Customers deserve accessible complaint channels.
I’ve been with @WellsFargo since 2015 and still can’t get my credit card name corrected—it’s been wrong from day one. Meanwhile, @Chase got it right on the first try. How is that possible? Feels like Wells Fargo is trying to lose customers.

@GetSpectrum it’s time for an official explanation. There’s no power outage in Austin. 24 hours of no service is unacceptable in perfect weather. Businesses are unable to operate. Be honest, if your customers need to make other plans, we need to know.
