The Constitutional Court has found that the Democratic Alliance under Helen Zille has advocated and promoted apartheid-era spatial planning and deliberately choked economic activity for Black communities.

On the decision not to invite Khan to the Ad Hoc Committee, DAโs Glynnis Breytenbach said,
โThe decisions of this committee were taken by this committee, there were no individual decisions taken hereโ
Ian Cameron sat on that same Committee with his colleague Breytenbach, he said nothing.
We can say what we want but least Breytenbach has a spine, unlike these two chaps who want to make headlines using the name Julius Malema.
Cameron, who happens to also be the Chair of the Portfolio Committee on Police is a coward, whose voice continues to be louder in the media than in the places where he has a Constitutional duty to actually do his work.

Feroz Khan was fighting a survival battle against Dintwe, and he leaked documents to secure a political shield.
But when you strip away the drama, the actual execution by the EFF was purely political oversight. Malema took information from an intelligence insider and translated it into official parliamentary questions. Thatโs how holding the security cluster accountable works in the real world. If the questions were factual, the fallout is on Dintwe, not the person asking them.๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ#MadlangaCommission
I'll be voting for ActionSA in my ward and as my PR vote in Johannesburg.
If a better option comes up between now and November, I'll let you guys know.
I need the ANC & DA out. And I don't have time for the EFF.

MK Party MP Vusi Shongwe has gone before the Madlanga Commission and made the following claim that EFF CIC @Julius_S_Malema is allegedly the main reason why General Khan did not appear before the Ad Hoc Committee.
We reject this claim with the contempt it deserves.
This is not evidence. It is political storytelling dressed up as testimony. It is an attempt to shift focus away from the real questions that the commission and the public are demanding answers to.
If there are failures in state institutions, intelligence structures, or parliamentary processes, those failures must be accounted for through facts, not through the convenience of pointing fingers at opposition leaders.
The obsession with dragging the @EFFSouthAfrica and its leadership into every unresolved institutional matter is becoming a pattern and it exposes a deeper political discomfort with the role the EFF plays in exposing contradictions within the state.
Let it be stated clearly: the EFF will not be turned into a scapegoat for administrative failures, procedural breakdowns, or internal state contradictions that others are unwilling to confront directly.
At the same time, MK Party MP Vusi Shongwe should concentrate on the serious allegations reportedly linked to him, including claims relating to 10 million, 1 million, and a BMW, instead of attempting to shift public attention through unsubstantiated accusations against others.
Those matters, as reported, deserve clarity, accountability, and full attention before any attempt is made to lecture others on integrity or institutional conduct.
The issue before the Madlanga Commission is accountability, transparency, and institutional integrity, not the manufacture of political villains to satisfy factional narratives.
We will continue to reject any attempt to distort facts, mislead the public, or convert commissions of inquiry into platforms for political theatre.
The movement remains focused, disciplined, and ready, we will meet them on the ballot on 4 November 2026

Former President Nelson Mandela is the only former President who was not politically attended to by Julius Malema.

The Phala Phala judgment is a landmark moment for presidential accountability; a severe and fatal blow to Cyril Ramaphosa; and a resounding win for the EFF and ATM. Accountability is alive and well in the Republic! ๐ฟ๐ฆ
