Not sure what is the logic or reasoning behind this decision! Even the replacements make no sense - T20 players have been included for a Test match in England? What is this thinking and approach? Why has the coach been axed after 5 Test matches? This is the most shocking decision ever by a selection committee which includes so many experienced selectors

Pakistan Cricket threat cycle :

1 - We will not travel to India for WC 2023 due to security reasons, BUT they came and played the full tournament.

2 - If India don’t travel to Pakistan for Champions Trophy, replace them / no hybrid. BUT India played every game in Dubai. India won the CT

3 - If India don’t shake hands, we won’t take field in next India’s game, later India avoided handshake, they still played full Asia cup, got defeated in every game,

4 - If Andy Pycroft is not removed as match referee, we boycott the match. Match vs UAE was played. Pycroft stayed. India won the Asia Cup.

5 - If ICC doesn’t meet Bangladesh’s demand, we boycott the T20 World CupBUT ICC removed Bangladesh. Pakistan still named a squad and played.

6 - If Sky telecasts Imran Khan’s sons’ interview, we won’t take the field at Lord’s BUT Interview aired. Pakistan took the field and played.
