Seegehalli, Whitefield near Nitesh Forest Hills/Budigere Cross: for 1+ month, drain/sewage water is flowing on the road. Footpath is dug up and unusable, smell is unbearable, and pedestrians are forced onto traffic. Please inspect and fix urgently.
