The failure was collective, but only one person has been punished.

Delays create uncertainty and frustration.

Employees deserve timely communication on the status of discussions and a clear roadmap for negotiations.

A transparent and time-bound approach would help build confidence among all stakeholders.

इंडियन बैंक को अपनी आंतरिक कार्यप्रणाली पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। अभी हाल ही में एक मुख्य प्रबंधक की वीडियो सामने आई और अब एक वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक की शिकायत whatsapp पर वायरल हो रही है।

उसने भी मानसिक उत्पीड़न, भेदभावपूर्ण व्यवहार, पद का दुरुपयोग, प्रताड़ना, निजता के उल्लंघन के गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं।

@MyIndianBank के MD से हमारी अपील है की वे ख़ुद इस मामले को देखें। ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो भविष्य में कोई महिला इस बैंक में ख़ुद को और अपने career को सुरक्षित नहीं देखेगी
