@flipkartsupport it is sad to see that you charge the customer the convenience fee of Rs.550 even if airlines has cancelled the flight. I paid Rs.1100 for cancellation of 2 tickets for no fault of mine. Very poor customer orientation.
@TourismBengal@PMOIndia@narendramodi If you want to see the worst airport of the country, pl come to Kolkatta. Basic things like toilets and AirCon is un poor state. Airports of smaller towns are in much better shape. #shame
@airindia The Hostess who was attending (Ms.Nupur) was extremely professional, courteous, empathetic and serving with a smile, even at such a late hour. She made me realise that Air India, under the Tata leadership, has finally turned a new leaf. Kudos!!
@Uber_India Driver made me pay for parking fee despite the same being included in the fare, despite my telling him so. There is no tab to make such complaints in the app. Pathetic!!
@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia I am travelling in A1 coach in ibhuti Express (12334). There are a lot of unauthorised people in the reserved coach. Huge security risk, apart from the inconvenience it is causing. @RPF_INDIA
@TajHotels Supposedly known for hospitality, it is extremely difficult to book a room if you have their 'Taj Experience Gift Vouchers'!! There is so much confusion at the reservation desks regarding the same. Need to simplify it for people to have a decent experience. Sad!!

@zomato Pathetic customer service.. The order gets canceled by the restaurant and there is an arrogant call informing the customer. No regrets, no politeness, only an assurance to refund the money in 5-7 days! Pathetic!.. @zomatocare
