@Yyusufalifta@Vindicatedchidi You shouldn't have deleted the original tweet and that's where the issue is coming from.
So how many people would believe that is actually what you wrote now
I keep asking myself, is it still possible to meet an intelligent and intellectual lady who makes you believe there are still genuinely good women out there.
I was chatting with this lady, and as you can see from the conversation, we had barely started talking. I felt that asking a few questions was simply part of getting to know her. After all, how else do you build a meaningful conversation with someone you’ve not met.
To my surprise, after just a few questions, she complained that I was asking too many. That honestly made me wonder how we got to the point where having a genuine conversation is seen as a problem.
I’m not talking about asking intrusive or inappropriate questions. I’m talking about simple conversations that help two people understand each other better. Good communication has always been the foundation of every meaningful friendship, whether it’s friendship or something more.
It also made me wonder why it’s becoming harder to find ladies who enjoy thoughtful conversations. Intelligence isn’t just about having degrees or speaking big grammar. It’s also about being able to communicate, exchange ideas, ask questions, answer them, and keep a conversation flowing naturally.
Sometimes, it feels like many ladies want instant connections without putting in the effort of actually getting to know each other. Yet it’s through conversations that you discover values, personalities, interests, and compatibility.
Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I still believe that asking questions and having meaningful conversations is one of the best ways to know someone. If getting to know a person through simple conversation is now considered asking too many questions, then we really need to rethink how we connect with one another.
