Sold a house in far west Bexar County around July 2021. Somehow, through no fault of my own, @MySAWS continued to have me as the account owner for six months after closing. As soon as I found out, I called in multiple times to get the situation cleared up.

It's not like they didn't try. @GaryGensler @SECGov are trying to act like @krakenfx and @jespow didn't try to have the conversation. It's disengenuous to stay silent on a topic then pop out of the woodwork with a $30m fine after the service is up and running. Regulation plz!
