@IndiGo6E This is extremely poor service. I traveled from Ahmedabad to Doha on 13 Feb (6E6728 connecting to 6E1313 via Hyderabad). Your staff in Doha assured me my baggage would arrive on the next flight and be delivered to my address.

Today is 16 Feb and I still have no update. I’ve called 40100800 repeatedly and no one answers. This delay and complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
