@nowayakshay This same thing happened with me... It was a nightmare when i ordered S24 Ultra last year from @Flipkart
That Flipkart person was only able to see the burned screen in the phone which i was exchanging and it had LCD display not amoled. I gave him Rs. 500 all issues was resolved

Customer Support is not at all supportive... They are so and sluggish... Delay the resolution unnecessary... They even don't have all rhe information 🙄

I Pre-ordered Galaxy S24 from @Flipkart and in offers it was clearly mentioned the we will get Samsung Wireless Charger Duo for Free. But there is no option to deliver it and Flipkart Executives are cluless @GyanTherapy can you address the scam. Many people are facing same issue.
