@Vodacom saying they will help with my issue and send a DM...do that and then when I ask for timeline, they go quiet, really pathetic service and they are breaching the contract terms we agreed!!!
@Vodacom your service has been really pathetic and you guys are breaching your contract but yet forcing me to pay. I agreed telephonically to a migration in Nov 2025 and till today you are not delivering on agreed terms. I call in and it just gets logged with no call back!!!!!!!

@TAKEALOT I returned a product 1 day after receiving. It was not working properly and now your returns team is saying the product is damaged. In the first place you sent me a previously returned product, have proof, and now you want to pass the cost onto me. Ridiculous!!!

Be careful when using @SpotMoneySA , they hold your cash hostage...made a deposit and they will only allow me to access my cash if I send a statement but the statement only comes in the middle of the month. Won't accept any other proof, simply ridiculous!!!

@Talk2Nandos I phoned the call centre 4 times regarding a meal I purchased and the food was off. Each time I was told the manager at the restaurant would call me and still no call from them. Very disappointing service that you sold me food that was spoilt and no reply from Nandos

@CapitecBankSA I have a fraudulent transaction on my account and when calling the helpline I am told it takes 30 to 40 WORKING DAYS to investigate. How does that make logical sense? To make it worse, they will charge me and I might not get a refund!!!
