Hi can you clarify the below queries?

Please refer my previous complained (CRN) is 2627AE7298 . which was closed with out resolving the issue by the regional office, while I was in correspond with the local branch. The representative doesn't even know the complained was closed by the regional office. The reason given was A2 form must be endorsed by Canadian Embassy , which was not true as per RBI, LRS guide lines, I confirmed with your bank NRI division. I conveyed this information to my Indian local branch representative and she acknowledged and confirmed indeed A2 form Endorsement is not needed. When this process was in progress , your regional office hurried and closed the case with case. That means the person did this doesn't know the Banks policy and procedures? Now the point in case is that the guide line is clearly under stood by the Branch representative by May 6th , the money is not transferred yet, this time the reason given by the branch there is no cosigning officer available at the branch . I made numerus call for the past three weeks every time the same Reason. Why its so hard for a simple transaction ? Its been almost three month the whole ordeal is started and first time requested a over seas transfer. My pension account is with your bank since 1995, all my Indian money is in your bank ( Pension a/c, Fixed deposits and RDs). Do I have to go through all this ordeals ? Can this issue will be resolved?
When I wanted to re-initiate the new compliant process , the compliant portal is blocking the submission saying I'm Unauthorized to access this resources.
What is going on? can you give a feed back on this ? and how to resolve this issue?

@ronmortgageguy Hi Ron any advise from you or some one with experience in this situation.
My son took possession of his new condo 8 months back in Pickering ( his 1st one), rent it out for a year. Tenant moved in 6 months back ( new unit).three months after initial moved in the tenement informed there are mold forming around window frames, when he visited the unit noticed , the Unit temperature was high and moisture, smoke smell inside the unit and found fire alarm was disconnected too. Now she is claiming she got sick because of mold and need compensation and waiver of rent and sent legal notice . Any advice how to approach this issue?

The way some are presenting this news is confusing people, so let me explain:

Tesla can still launch a paid ride-hailing service this weekend with a Model Y using FSD in San Francisco to select members of the public as long as there is a person in the drivers seat. Tesla has a TCP (Transportation Charter Party) permit that allows them to do this, but they don't have the permit yet to offer the same service that they currently offer in Austin, which has no-one in the driver seat.

California isn't banning/stopping Tesla from doing what they were planning to do (reportedly) this weekend. Tesla is just doing what it's allowed to do within the rules of its already approved TPC permit. Once the company receives regulatory approval to operate fully-autonomous vehicles with no-one in the drivers seat, which is expected in the next 1-2 months according to Elon, they will start doing that.
