At 3pm today dispatch systems across North America read a statement for the IAFF celebrating its 100th. We were able to have 5 of the last 6 Presidents of our Local present at our station to hear this. From left to right, J Price, R Cummings, A Hawkes, B Ferguson and M Vail.

On Feb 28 1918, delegates representing 24 firefighter unions founded the International Association of Fire Fighters. Today we proudly commemorate this milestone. Thanks to all current & former members for advancing our union & congratulations to the IAFF on a century of progress.

Career Staff will be conducting the Annual Santa Food Drive in the PMQ area & Oromocto East from 10am to 2pm on Saturday December 16th. When you see Santa on your street feel free to bring out food donations to help. This is a hard time for food banks so anything helps.
