@officialepfo pending since 24th june. The problem is that it has not even moved one status forward. Atleast give a tentative timeline.

I never had 3 days settlement hopes from a govt organisation but now its more than 35 days. Have some accountability please. @mansukhmandviya @LabourMinistry office said they are not even able to see the claims from past 1 month?

Before upgrade the claims where settling in 2 weeks and now pune office is not even able to see the claim from past 1 month

I need answer. I hav emergency at home. Its been more than 1 month

What kind of downgrade has been on the system? The claims are pending for more than a month now. No accountability from any department. India an IT hub and we take 1 month for an upgrade

@officialepfo @LabourMinistry @PMOIndia @epfoakurdipune its been more than 20 days since the upgrade also but still the system is not working. No claim is getting processed. It is very ill planned upgrade. Please try and understand the urgency of claims. Its not a testing tool
