Black Badge Protest at SLN MCH Koraput
The Nursing Officers, Paramedic Officers and all Allied Staff of SLN MCH, Koraput are observing a Black Badge Protest against the monopolistic and high-handed actions of the Registrar(OAS).
Earlier, keeping in view patient care and the smooth functioning of the hospital, the staff had voluntarily postponed their token strike 14 days ago in the larger public interest.
However, repeated harassment and arbitrary actions by the Registrar have created an unhealthy and disturbed working environment.
We respectfully urge the Government to immediately transfer the Registrar in order to restore harmony, ensure smooth administration and safeguard the interest of patient care at #SLNMCHKoraput.

Day 3 of Democratic Token #Strike at #SLNMCH, Koraput.
#NursingOfficers and all Paramedical Staff are compelled to protest against the high-handed, monopolistic and harassing actions of the Registrar. Continuous humiliation and administrative autocracy have deeply affected staff morale and hospital functioning.
In the #KBK region, where #healthcare services are already sensitive and crucial, neglect of Healthcare Warriors is unacceptable.
We earnestly appeal to Hon’ble CM Odisha, Hon’ble Health Minister, Chief Secretary and Commissioner-cum-Secretary, H&FW Dept. to kindly intervene immediately and transfer the concerned Registrar in the larger interest of hospital harmony, staff dignity, and uninterrupted patient care.
