This statement is actually correct. "I just came home" and "I just got home" are two different ways to say you are now at home, but they have different meanings. "I just came home" implies you've just arrived, while "I just got home" suggests you've been home for a while.
A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.
