@agribussiness1 @mkainerugaba It’s a good idea but Uganda isn’t ready to endorse that, Uganda has 70% unemployment rate. Some can’t even afford a 2 meal diet.. how can they even manage such housing….. 1st step would be industrialization providing more jobs then it’s ok to change the policies
